I remember the day clearly.

I was at a small coffee shop.

A foreigner asked me for directions.

My heart beat very fast.

I wanted to run away.

But I took a deep breath.

I said, 'Turn left at the next street.'

The words came out slowly.

But they made sense.

I felt a warm feeling inside.
