I saw she was nervous before the procedure.
मैंने देखा कि वह प्रक्रिया से पहले घबराई हुई थी।
She was gripping the bed sheet tightly.
वह बिस्तर की चादर को कसकर पकड़े हुए थी।
I sat down beside her and smiled.
मैं उसके पास बैठ गया और मुस्कुराया।
I said, "I will talk you through every step."
मैंने कहा, "मैं आपको हर कदम समझाता रहूंगा।"
She took a deep breath and looked at me.
उसने गहरी साँस ली और मेरी ओर देखा।
I told her, "It is normal to feel nervous."
मैंने उससे कहा, "घबराना सामान्य है।"
She nodded and her shoulders relaxed a bit.
उसने सिर हिलाया और उसके कंधे थोड़े ढीले हुए।
I explained what I was doing as I worked.
काम करते हुए मैंने समझाया कि मैं क्या कर रहा हूँ।
I said, "Tell me if anything feels wrong."
मैंने कहा, "अगर कुछ गलत लगे तो मुझे बताइए।"
She said, "Okay, I trust you."
उसने कहा, "ठीक है, मुझे आप पर भरोसा है।"
The procedure went smoothly after that.
उसके बाद प्रक्रिया सुचारू रूप से चली।
I was glad I could help her feel calm.
मुझे खुशी हुई कि मैं उसे शांत कर सका।
