My teammate said the bug was critical.
Sinabi ng kasamahan ko na kritikal ang bug.
I thought it was just a minor issue.
Akala ko maliit lang na isyu ito.
I felt a bit frustrated at first.
Medyo nainis ako noong una.
But I wanted to understand his view.
Pero gusto kong maintindihan ang pananaw niya.
So I asked, 'Help me see your view.'
Kaya nagtanong ako, 'Tulungan mo akong makita ang pananaw mo.'
He explained how it affected users.
Ipinaliwanag niya kung paano ito nakaapekto sa mga user.
From the user side, it felt really bad.
Sa panig ng user, talagang masama ang pakiramdam.
I started to see his point.
Nagsimula kong makita ang punto niya.
But I still thought it was not urgent.
Pero akala ko pa rin hindi ito urgent.
I suggested, 'Shall we call it a middle priority?'
Mungkahi ko, 'Tawagin natin itong middle priority?'
He agreed after some thought.
Pumayag siya pagkatapos mag-isip.
We found common ground that day.
Nakahanap kami ng pagkakasundo noong araw na iyon.
