It seemed too tight for our team.
우리 팀에게 너무 빡빡해 보였어요.
I felt a need to speak up.
말해야겠다고 느꼈어요.
I said, "I see it a little differently."
저는 "제 생각은 조금 달라요"라고 말했어요.
Then I added, "I am not sure that holds."
그리고 "그게 맞는지 잘 모르겠어요"라고 덧붙였죠.
I explained our current workload.
우리 팀의 현재 업무량을 설명했어요.
People listened to my points carefully.
사람들은 제 의견을 주의 깊게 들었어요.
It felt good to share my view.
제 의견을 나누니 좋았어요.
Sometimes, speaking up is important.
때로는 솔직하게 말하는 것이 중요해요.
