A colleague asked for a new feature yesterday.
कल एक सहकर्मी ने नई सुविधा माँगी।
I loved the thinking behind it.
मुझे इसके पीछे की सोच पसंद आई।
But our focus right now is stability.
लेकिन अभी हमारा ध्यान स्थिरता पर है।
I said, 'I love the thinking behind this.'
मैंने कहा, 'मुझे इसके पीछे की सोच पसंद है।'
Then I explained our current focus.
फिर मैंने हमारा मौजूदा ध्यान समझाया।
I asked, 'Can we revisit it next quarter?'
मैंने पूछा, 'क्या हम अगली तिमाही में इसे फिर से देख सकते हैं?'
She nodded and smiled.
उसने सिर हिलाया और मुस्कुराई।
The conversation felt good.
बातचीत अच्छी लगी।
I respected her idea.
मैंने उसके विचार का सम्मान किया।
She felt heard.

Saying no does not mean being cold.
ना कहने का मतलब ठंडा होना नहीं है।
It can be warm and clear.
