I missed the bus again today.
今日もまたバスに乗り遅れた。
At first, I felt a little annoyed.
最初は少しイライラした。
But then I decided to walk.
でも歩くことにした。
The walk was slow and quiet.
歩くのはゆっくりで静かだった。
I noticed things I usually miss.
普段見逃しているものに気づいた。
A bird singing on a wire.
電線でさえずる鳥。
The smell of rain on the ground.
地面に降りた雨の匂い。
Maybe missing the bus was a gift.
バスに乗り遅れたのは贈り物かもしれない。
It gave me time to breathe.
息をつく時間をくれた。
Sometimes the detour is the path.
時には回り道こそが道なんだ。
