We disagreed about how bad a bug was.
우리는 버그가 얼마나 심각한지에 대해 의견이 갈렸어요.
From my side it felt like a small issue.
제 입장에서는 작은 문제처럼 느껴졌어요.
My teammate thought it was critical.
팀원은 그게 아주 중요하다고 생각했어요.
I asked them to help me see their view.
저는 그들의 관점을 이해할 수 있게 설명해 달라고 했어요.
They showed me how it could affect users.
그들은 그 버그가 사용자에게 어떤 영향을 줄지 보여줬어요.
Then I explained why it seemed minor to me.
그리고 나서 제가 왜 사소하게 느꼈는지 설명했어요.
We both talked about our worries.
우리는 서로의 걱정에 대해 이야기했어요.
Finally I said, 'Shall we call it a middle priority?'
마지막에 제가 '중간 우선순위로 할까요?'라고 말했어요.
They agreed that was a good compromise.
그들은 그게 좋은 타협이라고 동의했어요.
Now we work better together.

Disagreements can help us grow.

Asking for their view changed everything.
