I said, "It is normal to feel nervous."

I told her I would talk her through every step.

I said, "Tell me if anything feels wrong."

I explained each step slowly.

She took a deep breath.

I waited for her to relax.
我等着她放松下来。
She smiled a little.

I started the procedure.

She stayed calm.
