Every morning I write three sentences.

They are not long or deep.

But they help me understand my own mind.

I started this habit one year ago.

At first it felt strange and forced.

Now it is like a warm cup of tea.
Agora é como uma xícara de chá quente.
This habit keeps me grounded every day.
Esse hábito me mantém firme todos os dias.
I am proud of showing up for myself.
Tenho orgulho de aparecer para mim mesmo.
It is a small gift I give myself.
É um pequeno presente que eu me dou.
This habit will stay with me for life.
Esse hábito vai ficar comigo para sempre.
