I got my first paycheck today.
我今天拿到了第一笔工资。
It was not a lot of money.
钱不算多。
But it felt huge in my hands.
但拿在手里感觉沉甸甸的。
I earned it with my own work.
这是我自己挣来的。
I thought about what to do.
我琢磨着该怎么花。
I wanted to buy a new book.
我想买本新书。
But I also wanted to save.
但我也想存点钱。
In the end, I did both.
最后，我两样都做了。
I bought the book and saved some.
我买了书，也存了一些。
It felt good to decide.
自己做决定的感觉真好。
I felt proud and hopeful.
我感到自豪又充满希望。
