Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Spikdi account and all data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Spikdi and go to Settings → Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.
3. Your account is deactivated immediately and all data is erased within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership, then delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, avatar, bio) and login credentials
• Lessons you created, comments, likes, follows, and saved items
• Voice recordings and pronunciation scores
• Learning preferences, streaks, and in-app activity history

This removal is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we keep, and for how long

We retain only the minimum required by law — for example, transaction or tax records where a purchase was made — for the legally mandated period, after which they are deleted. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. Nothing retained is used to identify or contact you.
